Symposium participation fees

| Attendance only (no presentation or publication) | € 400 |
Attendance fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions of the conference
- Coffee break, lunch and gala dinner
- Attendance in the social event (day two)
- Conference folders and bags
In order to be published in the conference proceedings, each accepted Regular paper (oral presentation or poster) must be accompanied by at least one Regular registration, even if the speaker is a student. Please provide your Paper ID in the registration form.
Each accepted Student paper must be accompanied by at least one Student or Regular registration.
Students may be requested to send a document from their universities signed by the head of the department that confirms their student status at the time of the Symposium.
VAT 20% is included in all the fees.

Cancellations and refund
Cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail korman@tu.kielce.pl. Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing.
Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations received by March 31, 2024: 20% is held as an administrative fee.
Cancellations received after March 31, 2024: no refund will be made.
All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
Invitation Letter for VISA Application
An invitation letter can be requested by e-mail korman@tu.kielce.pl. Invitation Letters will only be issued for fully registered symposium delegates (full payment of the registration fees is required).
